Benedict’s Song is back from my editor…and what an experience that is. There are definitely parts where I think I must have been experiencing a fever dream when I wrote them! But I’m on it now with draft 2 and am hoping to have this complete by the middle of July. The story takes place in the 12th century in my home city of Lincoln which gave me plenty of inspiration and information to incorporate into my writing. It is a story of ambition and how reaching for what you want may not be what you need. Does Benedict realise this in time? You’ll need to read the book…

I do have a breakout story from The Little Servant in Dark & Fluffy II, called Gisella. It’s about a female performer that Benedict is mesmerised with at a competition for a minstrel’s position.
