500 Words Take 2

The 2nd Edition of 500 Words is now available to buy on Amazon. This marks the end of 500 words appearing here every month. I’m going to be concentrating on The Wait’s Son, my novel from now on, but first…I will be publishing the Rue Stone novella at the end of this month.

If you’re visiting the Newark Book Festival this weekend, I’ll be on the festival stall on the Sunday morning, and the opening to this novella will be available for free. #NEWARKBF

I am a self-published writer of mixed genre short works, I have a fantasy novella out now, The Rue Stone is book 1 of 3 of The Dark Stranger series. I am also working on my first novel. This is set in the 13th century, in Lincoln, and is the story of Benedict, a young boy who arrives at Lincoln castle with a burning ambition to become the most famous minstrel of his age.
